PMi – (Presentation Media Incorporated) – POLICES:
- For the record, PMi Graphics, at no time claims title to a client’s intellectual, artistic or mercantile property. Digital replication, either file to file, file to paper (or any other substrate), or scanning, upon completion, automatically becomes client property.
- PMi must assume that any digital media that is submitted has been properly backed up and/or duplicated and is in client’s or client’s agent’s possession, and that any loss of media in our possession can be re supplied upon request at a minimal charge, if any at all.
- It is understood that by asking PMi to reproduce an image, by whatever means required, that you, the CLIENT, has obtained legal rights to allow for the reproduction of that image, and that PMi will be held harmless in the event of litigation involving that image.
PMi LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
Submitting any digital files/artwork/photograph print(s), for scanning, printing, restoration or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by PMi, subsidiary, or agents, will not entitle you to any recovery and no warrantee is entered into. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY REASON FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY PMI Graphics.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT…
YOUR ORDER IS MISPLACED, LOST OR DAMAGED, YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY CANNOT AND WILL NOT WARRANTEE OR GUARANTEE THE SAFEKEEP OF YOUR ARTWORK /PRINTS AND HAVE THEM DAMAGE FREE WHILE IN OUR POSSESSION OR DURING PICK-UP /DELIVERY.
